Balloon Utopia made two beautiful balloon pillars to mark the beginning of my son's schools jog-a-thon. It was last Wednesday, February 2nd and it was really cold and super windy. We approached Sandi two days before a trade show for a fairly complicated setup and with out hesitation was able to fit us in, even waving the rush charges. Then the day before management wanted to cancel part of the order, a part that she had already purchased items for. She was kind enough to refund 2/3's of the cost and give a credit for the remaining 1/3 against a future event. The 8' tall balloon man stopped everyone in front of our booth! We used Sandi and Balloon Utopia for our employee holiday party. The theme was Christmas in Candyland and Sandi came in full of wonderful ideas. Sandi and her team came the day before to start filling balloons as we were setting up for the event and worked with us throughout the day and then were there the next day to finish everything off and provide balloon animals for the children of our employees during the party. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and the balloons they provided were AMAZING! We had giant candy canes, life savers, lollipops, etc lining the room and all kinds of beautiful, bright balloon concoctions through the room. All the hard work they did paid off because it was by far the best party we have ever had and their balloons took the party over the top. Our employees and their families LOVED it! Sandi & co are a cut above the rest. High end Balloon Decorations for Parties & Corporate events sounds so "formal" but really they are just amazing at creating an ambiance and making our events look spectacular. I'm very choosy about even taking time to get online to leave reviews...its either REALLY good or really bad for me. Clearly, Balloon Utopia was the former in my view. You will not regret calling them for your next function.

Sandi and her people at Balloon Utopia do an incredible balloon decorating job. They built an entire balloon stage backdrop for a corporate event I attended there in San Diego. Also street lamps, and trellises, and archways and... everything... all made out of very cool balloons! It was wonderful. It's an effect I had never seen before. True talent, imagination and artistry at work.

If you use Balloon Utopia you get excellent service and great balloons. I loved working with Sandi. I needed balloons for my son's bar mitzvah, and was on a strict budget, but had little idea of what exactly it was I wanted. Sandi helped me come up with a simple, but very attractive and festive design, and did it all within my budget. No weird hidden fees or last minutes changes either which I am grateful for. Sandi met me at my temple to check out the place and made sure she set up according to the temple's restrictions (they are very picky about when the balloons can be set up). She also managed to set up two extra centerpieces at the last minute when I realized I needed extra tables to accommodate my guests. She didn't even charge me for those as she knew my budget was all used up! Anyway, I really liked working with Sandi and I think she was the easiest person I dealt with of all the party planning. I have used Sandi and the team at Balloon Utopia several times over the past few years for corporate events. They are always so willing to work with me on my budget (which has been getting smaller and smaller over the years because of the economy). Sandi always gives great advice and we save some money by helping her assemble the balloon center pieces for our event. Everyone is always so impressed with the decorations and the balloons make us feel like we have spent way more money than we did. We used Balloon Utopia at a recent event at a large park area, an area not so easy to decorate! Using a few balloon towers greatly improved the festive feel that we desired. The day was unusually windy and I was concerned if the towers would stand under the pressure of the high winds; when I looked at the base of the towers they were solid, with not even the slightest movement! We used Balloon Utopia for an event this past week and was very pleased with not only their service but great quality product! It was an outdoor event and we were worried with the wind that the balloon arch (our finish line!) wouldn't be possible but they came up with an alternate and safe plan and I think I liked the look even more so than what we had ordered! Balloon Utopia in San Diego, CA made me look like a champ to my boss and clients!! Thank you Balloon Utopia. My client was having an event in San Diego and wanted something "different and fun" for their corporate event. A colleague of mine recommended I call Sandi at Balloon Utopia. She did not disappoint. You may be thinking like I was "balloon animals for a corporate event - yea, right" -- well I quickly learned that Balloon Utopia is so much more than that and they have done many many corporate events. I now know why they are successful -- They designed entire sculptures for our event, centerpieces for tables, 2 story high sculptures, and had a lot of balloons that people were able to interact with, balloon hats, glasses, etc. Our corporate client got what they were looking for, their event was a huge success and everyone asked me WHO did the balloon work. I came across Balloon Utopia on a random Google search while looking for balloon decorations for my daughter's 1st birthday and could not have been happier. Even though it was only a couple days before the party, Sandi worked with me over the phone so she could get an idea of where the balloons would be going, the colors I wanted, etc. Her creations were amazing -- beyond anything I ever imagined! She surprised me by upgrading my order, too, which was completely unexpected. The balloons really added a fun, unique touch to the party and all the kids and parents loved them.
