We hired Balloon Utopia to do a balloon arch for a school event and I was overwhelmed with the joy when I saw it! The kids thought they were so special, and we received a lot of compliments from parents about the addition of such a fun and colorful decoration. We used Sandi and her fantastic team for one of our Corporate events. They did exactly what the client had asked, however, the clients vision was not what she had verbalized. Sandi and her team did not miss a beat and went out to get supplies for a whole new and completely different type of arch. Sandi and her team made this all happen while being extremely profesional eventhough they literally were racing againt the clock to get this done in time for the event. The client came in and was blown away by how Sandi had brought her vision to life and was smiling from ear to ear. So many wonderful choices! We celebrated our tenth anniversary and despite th food being spot on, it was the balloons that I remembered the most. We had our little Private celebration in a rented hotel space and our friends had purchases balloons from Balloon Utopia. I mean, the place looked so beautiful I just couldn't stop smiling. We used Balloon Utopia at a recent event at a large park area, an area not so easy to decorate! Using a few balloon towers greatly improved the festive feel that we desired. The day was unusually windy and I was concerned if the towers would stand under the pressure of the high winds; when I looked at the base of the towers they were solid, with not even the slightest movement! The term Balloon Artist is new to me; they can add to their vocabulary Balloon Engineers! I will definitely keep Balloon Utopia in mind for future events.' (Found on Google Local)

Balloon Utopia recently helped to decorate for our elementary school's dinner/auction fundraiser. Sandi did an amazing job creating balloon palm trees to coordinate with our tropical theme, as well as provided beautiful bouquets in the perfect colors as well as lighted balloons for our table centerpieces. Her balloon work helped to transform our decorations and added just a wonderful element to our event. They really topped it off and helped to complete the ambiance. I came across Balloon Utopia on a random Google search while looking for balloon decorations for my daughter's 1st birthday and could not have been happier. Even though it was only a couple days before the party, Sandi worked with me over the phone so she could get an idea of where the balloons would be going, the colors I wanted, etc. Her creations were amazing -- beyond anything I ever imagined! She surprised me by upgrading my order, too, which was completely unexpected. The balloons really added a fun, unique touch to the party and all the kids and parents loved them. Sandi and her people at Balloon Utopia do an incredible balloon decorating job. They built an entire balloon stage backdrop for a corporate event I attended there in San Diego. Also street lamps, and trellises, and archways and... everything... all made out of very cool balloons! It was wonderful. It's an effect I had never seen before. Sandi & co are a cut above the rest. High end Balloon Decorations for Parties & Corporate events sounds so "formal" but really they are just amazing at creating an ambiance and making our events look spectacular. I'm very choosy about even taking time to get online to leave reviews...its either REALLY good or really bad for me. Clearly, Balloon Utopia was the former in my view. Sandy and her team put together a complete set of balloon displays for our event in August 2012 at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego - everything was done not just on time, but well ahead of time, and their creativity in making a cool balloon version of our logo was just great. Balloon Utopia created the most incredible stage presence for the convention I attended in San Diego this past weekend. I noticed so many people taking photos in front of the amazing balloon arrangement. My client was having an event in San Diego and wanted something "different and fun" for their corporate event. A colleague of mine recommended I call Sandi at Balloon Utopia. She did not disappoint. You may be thinking like I was "balloon animals for a corporate event - yea, right" -- well I quickly learned that Balloon Utopia is so much more than that and they have done many many corporate events. I now know why they are successful -- They designed entire sculptures for our event, centerpieces for tables, 2 story high sculptures, and had a lot of balloons that people were able to interact with, balloon hats, glasses, etc. Our corporate client got what they were looking for, their event was a huge success and everyone asked me WHO did the balloon work. Can't say enough fabulous things about the work that was done to make my daughter's event spectacular! If you use Balloon Utopia you get excellent service and great balloons. I loved working with Sandi. I needed balloons for my son's bar mitzvah, and was on a strict budget, but had little idea of what exactly it was I wanted. Sandi helped me come up with a simple, but very attractive and festive design, and did it all within my budget. No weird hidden fees or last minutes changes either which I am grateful for. Sandi met me at my temple to check out the place and made sure she set up according to the temple's restrictions (they are very picky about when the balloons can be set up). She also managed to set up two extra centerpieces at the last minute when I realized I needed extra tables to accommodate my guests. She didn't even charge me for those as she knew my budget was all used up! Anyway, I really liked working with Sandi and I think she was the easiest person I dealt with of all the party planning. We approached Sandi two days before a trade show for a fairly complicated setup and with out hesitation was able to fit us in, even waving the rush charges. Then the day before management wanted to cancel part of the order, a part that she had already purchased items for. She was kind enough to refund 2/3's of the cost and give a credit for the remaining 1/3 against a future event. The 8' tall balloon man stopped everyone in front of our booth! Ditto what everyone else said! We called the week before my daughter's party and they were able to accommodate us with the late notice. They were professional and punctual. They created an arch, a few standing balloon pieces, and some table centerpieces. Our guests ooh-ed and ahh-ed over the decor. (Come on, throw a ton of balloons in, and you can't go wrong!) I have used Sandi and the team at Balloon Utopia several times over the past few years for corporate events. They are always so willing to work with me on my budget (which has been getting smaller and smaller over the years because of the economy). Sandi always gives great advice and we save some money by helping her assemble the balloon center pieces for our event. We used Sandi and Balloon Utopia for our employee holiday party. The theme was Christmas in Candyland and Sandi came in full of wonderful ideas. Sandi and her team came the day before to start filling balloons as we were setting up for the event and worked with us throughout the day and then were there the next day to finish everything off and provide balloon animals for the children of our employees during the party. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and the balloons they provided were AMAZING! We had giant candy canes, life savers, lollipops, etc lining the room and all kinds of beautiful, bright balloon concoctions through the room. All the hard work they did paid off because it was by far the best party we have ever had and their balloons took the party over the top. Our employees and their families LOVED it! Sandi just did my son's Bar Mitzvah and everyone was raving about how simple and beautiful the single large round balloons were at the luncheon.
