We used Sandi and Balloon Utopia for our employee holiday party. The theme was Christmas in Candyland and Sandi came in full of wonderful ideas. Sandi and her team came the day before to start filling balloons as we were setting up for the event and worked with us throughout the day and then were there the next day to finish everything off and provide balloon animals for the children of our employees during the party. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and the balloons they provided were AMAZING! We had giant candy canes, life savers, lollipops, etc lining the room and all kinds of beautiful, bright balloon concoctions through the room. All the hard work they did paid off because it was by far the best party we have ever had and their balloons took the party over the top. Our employees and their families LOVED it! We would definitely recommend Balloon Utopia and plan on working with them again in the future. (Found on Yelp)

This company was great to work with. My organization was hosting a large corporate event and I had a million details to worry about, but the balloons were hassle-free! The arrangements were beautiful and Sandi chose colors and style that complimented our event style and company colors. They showed up early to get everything set up long before the event start time and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend Utopia Balloons. (Found on Yelp)

Sandi is awesome! This clearly isn't a hobby of hers and she knows what she's doing. A true professional balloon artist! She is lovely with kids AND adults. Our guests couldn't stop talking about her from out child's 1st birthday party. We just gave birth to a second child and are highly considering contacting Sandi and Balloon Utopia again. Once again, HUGE THANKS, Sandi! You are the best! Keep up the great work! (Found on Yelp)

We hired Balloon Utopia to do a balloon arch for a school event and I was overwhelmed with the joy when I saw it! The kids thought they were so special, and we received a lot of compliments from parents about the addition of such a fun and colorful decoration. I was really impressed by the creativity of Balloon Utopia and will definitely use the in the future for all of my parties and events! (Found on Yelp)

Sandy and her team put together a complete set of balloon displays for our event in August 2012 at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego - everything was done not just on time, but well ahead of time, and their creativity in making a cool balloon version of our logo was just great. We'll definitely be calling her again when we're in town. (Found on Google Local)

If you use Balloon Utopia you get excellent service and great balloons. I loved working with Sandi. I needed balloons for my son's bar mitzvah, and was on a strict budget, but had little idea of what exactly it was I wanted. Sandi helped me come up with a simple, but very attractive and festive design, and did it all within my budget. No weird hidden fees or last minutes changes either which I am grateful for. Sandi met me at my temple to check out the place and made sure she set up according to the temple's restrictions (they are very picky about when the balloons can be set up). She also managed to set up two extra centerpieces at the last minute when I realized I needed extra tables to accommodate my guests. She didn't even charge me for those as she knew my budget was all used up! Anyway, I really liked working with Sandi and I think she was the easiest person I dealt with of all the party planning. I definitely recommend her and her business. (Found on Yelp)

We used Balloon Utopia for an event this past week and was very pleased with not only their service but great quality product! It was an outdoor event and we were worried with the wind that the balloon arch (our finish line!) wouldn't be possible but they came up with an alternate and safe plan and I think I liked the look even more so than what we had ordered! Thank you so much for your great customer service and seeing to it that the 500 kids and their families were not dissapointed. Will definately do business with them again. (Found on Insider Pages)

Balloon Utopia created the most incredible stage presence for the convention I attended in San Diego this past weekend. I noticed so many people taking photos in front of the amazing balloon arrangement. They produce very creative designs and I got to meet the owner who was very friendly and quite a pleasure to speak with. Awesome company! (Found on Google)

So many wonderful choices! We celebrated our tenth anniversary and despite th food being spot on, it was the balloons that I remembered the most. We had our little Private celebration in a rented hotel space and our friends had purchases balloons from Balloon Utopia. I mean, the place looked so beautiful I just couldn't stop smiling. There were even star shaped balloons! Made my day! (Found on Mojo Pages)

Sandi just did my son's Bar Mitzvah and everyone was raving about how simple and beautiful the single large round balloons were at the luncheon. In the evening, the second the kids arrived they were working tirelessly until the final minute, without a break! The kids had them going non stop and just loved it! Sandi is a genius and everyone had so much fun with the balloons. Many thanks Sandi. It was as pleasure working with you and everything was just awesome! (Found on Google Local)

Ditto what everyone else said! We called the week before my daughter's party and they were able to accommodate us with the late notice. They were professional and punctual. They created an arch, a few standing balloon pieces, and some table centerpieces. Our guests ooh-ed and ahh-ed over the decor. (Come on, throw a ton of balloons in, and you can't go wrong!) It was creative and more than we could have imagined. I would call Sandi again and recommend them to everyone! (Found on Yelp)

Sandi and her people at Balloon Utopia do an incredible balloon decorating job. They built an entire balloon stage backdrop for a corporate event I attended there in San Diego. Also street lamps, and trellises, and archways and... everything... all made out of very cool balloons! It was wonderful. It's an effect I had never seen before. True talent, imagination and artistry at work.

I came across Balloon Utopia on a random Google search while looking for balloon decorations for my daughter's 1st birthday and could not have been happier. Even though it was only a couple days before the party, Sandi worked with me over the phone so she could get an idea of where the balloons would be going, the colors I wanted, etc. Her creations were amazing -- beyond anything I ever imagined! She surprised me by upgrading my order, too, which was completely unexpected. The balloons really added a fun, unique touch to the party and all the kids and parents loved them. Plus, the mylar balloons lasted in our home for almost 3 months, which my daughter loved. (Found on Google Local )

Balloon Utopia recently helped to decorate for our elementary school's dinner/auction fundraiser. Sandi did an amazing job creating balloon palm trees to coordinate with our tropical theme, as well as provided beautiful bouquets in the perfect colors as well as lighted balloons for our table centerpieces. Her balloon work helped to transform our decorations and added just a wonderful element to our event. They really topped it off and helped to complete the ambiance. Sandi did a beautiful job and was committed throughout the process to do her best work and get us what we wanted. (Found on Yelp)

Sandi and Balloon Utopia were great! They arrived earlier than expected and had everything put together well ahead of the start of my event. Your corporate event clients and boss will thank you
Balloon Utopia in San Diego, CA made me look like a champ to my boss and clients!! Thank you Balloon Utopia. My client was having an event in San Diego and wanted something "different and fun" for their corporate event. A colleague of mine recommended I call Sandi at Balloon Utopia. She did not disappoint. You may be thinking like I was "balloon animals for a corporate event - yea, right" -- well I quickly learned that Balloon Utopia is so much more than that and they have done many many corporate events. I now know why they are successful -- They designed entire sculptures for our event, centerpieces for tables, 2 story high sculptures, and had a lot of balloons that people were able to interact with, balloon hats, glasses, etc. Our corporate client got what they were looking for, their event was a huge success and everyone asked me WHO did the balloon work. Thank you Sandi and Balloon Utopia for making me look like an all-star to my clients and boss! (Found on Insider Pages)

They are the one to call for every event!
No one can create a setting like Balloon Utopia. Their work is Absolutely Incredible! We use them for our congregational programming and a lot of our Bar and Bat Mitzvahs use them too. I will definitely use them over & over. (Found on Insider Pages)

Sandi & co are a cut above the rest. High end Balloon Decorations for Parties & Corporate events sounds so "formal" but really they are just amazing at creating an ambiance and making our events look spectacular. I'm very choosy about even taking time to get online to leave reviews...its either REALLY good or really bad for me. Clearly, Balloon Utopia was the former in my view. You will not regret calling them for your next function.

Balloon Utopia was great! I couldn't believe what Sandi could do with balloons! It's amazing! From lighted palm trees to just the right colors. They were flexible and helpful! We approached Sandi two days before a trade show for a fairly complicated setup and with out hesitation was able to fit us in, even waving the rush charges. Then the day before management wanted to cancel part of the order, a part that she had already purchased items for. She was kind enough to refund 2/3's of the cost and give a credit for the remaining 1/3 against a future event. The 8' tall balloon man stopped everyone in front of our booth! The decorations were set up on time, and taken down promptly. She is a very cheerful and fun person to work with. I recommend her highly. (Found on Yelp)

I have used Sandi and the team at Balloon Utopia several times over the past few years for corporate events. They are always so willing to work with me on my budget (which has been getting smaller and smaller over the years because of the economy). Sandi always gives great advice and we save some money by helping her assemble the balloon center pieces for our event. Everyone is always so impressed with the decorations and the balloons make us feel like we have spent way more money than we did. I strongly recommend Sandi and Balloon Utopia to anyone...even if you aren't a corporate event. She is great to work with. (Found on Yelp)

We used Balloon Utopia for the last few years for our company's annual kickoff meeting. It is amazing how a few dollars in balloons make the whole event look very classy. Everyone is always so impressed with the decor and comment on the balloon columns and centerpieces. I am happy to write a positive review for Sandi and her staff and know we will be using them again in the future. (Found on Insider Pages)

I had the exceptional pleasure of working with Balloon Utopia for a large event we did at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe for the 4th of July. I own Rancho Santa Fe Flowers & Gifts and worked with many similar companies over 18 years - she tops them all! On time, on schedule, accurate price quote, professional dressed staff! And the "flag star" entrance on the patio was fantastic! (Found on Yelp)

Balloon Utopia made two beautiful balloon pillars to mark the beginning of my son's schools jog-a-thon. It was last Wednesday, February 2nd and it was really cold and super windy. The balloons held up great and were very motivational for the kids. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Dawn R. (Found on Yelp)

We used Sandi and her fantastic team for one of our Corporate events. They did exactly what the client had asked, however, the clients vision was not what she had verbalized. Sandi and her team did not miss a beat and went out to get supplies for a whole new and completely different type of arch. Sandi and her team made this all happen while being extremely profesional eventhough they literally were racing againt the clock to get this done in time for the event. The client came in and was blown away by how Sandi had brought her vision to life and was smiling from ear to ear. I can not say how happy I was to be working with such a reliable, professional, and creative company. You cant go wrong with Balloon Utopia, they simply are the BEST!!!!! (Found on Yelp)

Balloon Utopia is an incredibly well run business- They are creative, professional and always willing to work with the customer to make their presentations what the client wants. Sandi is extremely talented and her designs are exceptional. She works within your budget and truly cares about the presentation of her talented creations. She even put off going on a trip so she could be there for to set up for my son's birthday surprise party!! I can always rely on her and her talents to make our family parties decorative and fun. I can't wait to use Balloon Utopia for our next family party!! (Found on Google Local)

We used Balloon Utopia at a recent event at a large park area, an area not so easy to decorate! Using a few balloon towers greatly improved the festive feel that we desired. The day was unusually windy and I was concerned if the towers would stand under the pressure of the high winds; when I looked at the base of the towers they were solid, with not even the slightest movement! The term Balloon Artist is new to me; they can add to their vocabulary Balloon Engineers! I will definitely keep Balloon Utopia in mind for future events.' (Found on Google Local)
